Hello! As your postpartum doula, I will serve as a constant presence of support and an emotional anchor for you, in your early days as a new mother. Our packages are comprehensive, wherever you are along the journey, you will feel supported! During our time together we will develop a personalized postpartum plan, discuss newborn care, postpartum mental health, self care and more as you navigate through the fourth trimester.
